NOt: Türkçe öğrenim belgesi bulunan adayların kesin kayıt işlemleri 2023-2024 eğitim öğretim yılı güz yarıyılında yapılacaktır.
*Başvuru süreci devam etmekte olup, devam eden başvurulara ait sonuçlar yeniden ilan edilecektir.
• Ana Bilim /Ana Sanat Dalı Başkanlıklarınca “Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi Uluslararası Öğrenci Kabul Yönergesi” kapsamında değerlendirilen uluslararası öğrenci adaylarından uygun görülenlerin kesin kayıt işlemleri enstitü öğrenci işleri biriminde şahsen yapılacaktır. Başvuruda kullanılan belgelerin kesin kayıt işleminden sonra aslına uygun olmadığı tespit edilmesi durumunda kayıt silme işlemi yürütülecektir.
• Kabul edilen adaylardan öğrenim vizesi işlemlerinde kullanılmak üzere “Kabul Mektubu” isteyenlerin aday numarası, kabul edildiği programı, adı soyadı, uyruğu ve başvuru yapacağı konsolosluğun e-posta adresini belirten dilekçelerini lisansustu.destek@omu.edu.tr adresine göndermeleri gerekmektedir.
Tezli Yüksek Lisans Programlarına Kesin Kayıt İçin İstenen Belgeler:
- Lisans Diploması (Konsolosluk, Noter veya Yeminli Tercüman Türkçe çevirili )
- Lisans Transkript (Konsolosluk, Noter veya Yeminli Tercüman Türkçe çevirili)
- Pasaport Fotokopisi
- 1 adet Vesikalık Fotoğraf
- Sağlık ile ilgili alanlara kabul edilenlerden YÖK Denklik belgesi
- Eğitim Dili Türkçe programlar için OMÜ-TÜRKÇE Merkezi tarafından onaylanmış Türkçe Dil Belgesi C1 (Varsa)
- YÖK Tanınırlık belgesi (Varsa) Eğitim Dili İngilizce olan programlar için Yabancı Dil Belgesi (En az 65 puan) veya Lisans Eğitimini İngilizce olarak aldığını gösterir belge
Doktora Programlarına Kesin Kayıt İçin İstenen Belgeler:

- OMÜ-TÜRKÇE Merkezi tarafından denkliği onaylanmış Türkçe dil yeterlik belgesini kesin kayıttan itibaren 2 (iki) yılsonunda getirmeyen öğrencilerin enstitümüzden kaydı silinir.
- Lisans veya Yüksek Lisans öğrenimini Türkiye’de tamamlayan öğrencilerden Türkçe Dil Belgesi ve Tanınırlık belgesi istenmeyecektir
• The final registration procedures of the international student candidates, who are evaluated within the scope of the “Ondokuz Mayıs University International Student Admission Directive” by the Departments of Science / Department of Art, will be made in person at the student affairs unit of the institute . If it’s determined that the documents used in the application ain’t in accordance with the original, after the final registration process, deregistration process will be carried out. • Those who want an "Admission Letter" from accepted candidates to be used in student visa procedures should send their petitions stating the candidate number, the program they were accepted to, their name, surname, nationality and the e-mail address of the consulate to which they will apply, to the address lisansustu.destek@omu.edu.tr.
Documents Required for Final Registration for Master's Programs with Thesis:
Bachelor’s Degree (Turkish translation by Consulate, Notary Public or Sworn Translator) Bachelor’s Transcript (Turkish translation by Consulate, Notary Public or Sworn Translator) Passport Photocopy 1 Passport Photograph YÖK Equivalency Certificate for those admitted to health-related fields. Turkish Language Certificate C1 approved by OMU-TURKISH Center for programs whose medium of instruction is Turkish (If available). YÖK Recognition Certificate (If available). Foreign Language Certificate (at least 65 points) or a document showing that the undergraduate education was completed in English for programs whose medium of instruction is English.
Documents Required for Final Registration for PhD Programs:
Bachelor’s Degree (Turkish translation by Consulate, Notary Public or Sworn Translator) Bachelor’s Transcript (Turkish translation by Consulate, Notary Public or Sworn Translator) Master’s Degree (Turkish translation by Consulate, Notary Public or Sworn Translator) Master’s Transcript (Turkish translation by Consulate, Notary Public or Sworn Translator) Passport Photocopy 1 Passport Photograph *YÖK Equivalency Certificate from graduates of health-related fields (Medical Doctorate, Dentistry, Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Dental Technician, Medical Laboratory, Radiology and Health Services Management) Foreign Language Certificate (at least 65 points) or a document showing that the Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree was completed in English for programs whose medium of instruction is English For programs whose medium of instruction is Turkish; Turkish Language Certificate C1 obtained from Turkish Education Centers of Universities or Language Institutes or approved by OMÜ-TURKISH Center of our University (If available).
